the way they made this list is stupid.
They used percentage of games tested above a 32 score...
So a console with one solid game rated 8/10 gets a 100% rating and is no. 1. A console like the PS2 with thousands of games has a weaker library, becuase some of those thousands were not that great... It is a very stupid way to chose best library ever.
Imagine not having GamePass on your console...
