N64: I think that these controllers were very easy to use and the were comfortable to hold. The problem was the analog stick would loosen up and be really hard to use. After playing Mario Kart, Mario Party, Zelda and Mario, the analog stick would barely work (especially when you played Yoshi's Story).
I never had a problem with PS controllers, although I've never played a PS3. Wii remote and nunchucks work fine for me, and Gamecube controllers are probably my favorite.
When it comes to my least favorite, The original XBOX gets my vote. Come to think of it, I don't like 360 controllers much either. Also, I hated the Gamboy advance SP. That thing was so uncomfortable to hold.
