This is one of the few cases where the person has a point, though I don't know who is to blame. Probably Gamestop and not EA for making the cover.
I don't think he should get all he's asking for, but Gamestop really just should have given him his money back.
Of course there's also the part of me that wants to ask why he waited longer than seven days...
