OH this isn't going to go anywhere because I'm almost positive that anything that comes with things that you only get when purchased new, has something where it states "only available with full retail purchase". And then it'll tell how long the validity of the code or offer lasts.
Meaning either the company or Gamestop already has that covered (especially if it is a Gamestop preorder bonus that comes inside the box). But the dude didn't even bother to read the fine print.
I work for Gamestop, and I know they rip people off or screw them all the time, but this is not one of those cases.
