Lmao u have no idea what your talking about. IDK whether he sees the yellow light or not, but even if he doesnt, solder melting doesnt always display the yellow light, just as the RROD doesnt always display for the 360. and solder does not "crack". If you have ever used solder you would know that if at very high temps, solder is liquid, and once cooled turns directly to solid. With the process of melting and cooling that fast, the solder will not "crack" but instead it will move, and drip off. Solder can either connect to other solder or just disconnect the wires. It does require the PS3 to be very hot, but PS3s do get hot enough for this to occur. itsd not as often, but it still can occur.
