Well I don't think the Halo 3 rank was entirely TrueSkill linked. Otherwise if I did good and my team still lost I wouldn't have been penalized as much. I'm just saying I'm glad they have a ranking system where my "visible" level won't drop if I have bad teammates or have an off game or something.
