Thank you Bungie! Looks like you won't be able to "level down" anymore from losing, which is good because you can't always have a team of pros and even if you are really good yourself you can lose with bad teammates. This way your individual efforts are still rewarded and you don't get setback by losses. I wonder if there will be a prestige system like CoD, or just a really high level cap with a long time to progress between levels like Gears 2.
