It isn't really "hurting" them since each PS3 sale is a loss, and since God of War 3 sold more than most people expected, if anything they've gained more money than if they had sold more PS3s as well.
But in terms of positions, yeah, it's hurt them I suppose, although the PS3 is a lost cause in the US anyways, the gap is just getting bigger and bigger...
