its not that hard i drink 2-3 glasses before breakfast when my stomach is empty thats the best time to drink the most then 2 glass 4 times later on in the day usually with meals

u guys might be mistaking ur portions most cups that you drink out of at home are huge and hold 2-3 cups of water or 16-24oz, drinking about 8-10oz 10 times a day or 16-24oz 4-5 times a day depending on ur lifestyle and size will be good enough

my brother is always harping on me to be drinking that much water for the same reasons...like i said, i try to drink what i should, but it has always been a chalange for me to drink water unless i am really thirsty....
