there can never be true 1:1 because of monitor and input lag. Even if you have a monitor with a 2ms refresh, you still have a 1ms input time from your input device. And thats with top of the line tech with USB 3.0 or e-Sata. Lets ignore wireless signals like IR, wifi, or bluetooth because they have their own lag issues due to broadcast interferance and other factors.

So yes, anyone who says "oh the Wii Motion Plus is true 1:1" is completely incorrect because the general TV, standard def or HDTV, is normally 4 - 5ms for refresh rate. Even at Samsung's 240 or 480Hz refreshing LCD TVs, which yes LED technology is just a backlit LCD TV, have a 2ms refresh as video technology cant produce a 1ms or below refresh yet.

The WM+, PM, Natal, and this are all affected by technical lag caused by its own hardware, hardware its being inputed to, that hardware's video output, and monitor or TV thats receiving the video output.
