I think it would be any two from this group: GoldenEye, Half-Life, Alien vs Predator 2, Operation Flashpoint, Serious Sam:TSE/II, Soldier of Fortune II, Hitman(some of them), FarCry and maybe Cs.

Great list. AvP doesn't get enough love. It introduced survival FPS gameplay. HL was a real classic by itself, not to mention CS and DoD popping out of its mod system. Far Cry was also a great game (on PC), though I wouldn't quite put it on this list. GoldenEye speaks for itself. And then there's Halo. And let's not forget Doom 2 and UT.

I think that sums up the five or six most influential FPS games ever.
