I cant believe Patcher is making an article to point out his ignorance about certain matter xD, i dont know much about screens but it certainly seems like an effect you can do on a small screen, that would explain why the screen is smaller and why it doesnt need glasses, a small screen makes your eye look closely on one spot from different directions rather than looking just ahead like you do on a regular screen
About Apple not using it, what on earth? that doesnt have anything to do with Nintendo, last time i knew, the DS was one of the first touch screen devices before the touch screen rush that have been flooding the market for the last 3 years, and that includes apple
