You kidding me? That's pretty much what we call a regular Friday night over here! 
Seriously though, there's 5+ million people in Finland, so obviously they don't all behave the same. There's a chance that story holds true somewhere in the more populated regions, but I quite literally, live in the middle of a f***ing forest.
