For as many games as you play, why the hell do you purchase *any* at full price. I can wait for Star Ocean to drop below 30 bucks and I still have tons of games I've bought in the $20 range to play.

Some people like to play them when they come out and not 2-6 months or even too YEARS later (Uncharted DF).
I know that I waste money, but I don't care. The money goes to those who deserve it: the devs.

The publisher gets around 20-25$ on a full price third party title. Then it all depends what kind of deal the dev and the publisher have in place...
PS3-Xbox360 gap : 1.5 millions and going up in PS3 favor !
PS3-Wii gap : 20 millions and going down !
