Have you checked your Body Mass Index? Anything between 18.5 and 25 is good, means healthy and you need to stay that way.

Don't know if the above link works in US but look up Body Mass Index and see what you can find.
If you are really worried take up a sport or 2, if you don't fancy the american football or anything like that, try taking up Squash or something, very physically enduring and great for upper body.
