Definately suggest you start working out. It should positively affect you both phisically and mentally. Also eat healthy foods and join a team sport. Beleive me, you don't want to not do those things and end up like me: low self confidence, low self worth, bad physical health (weak bones, hormonol problems, low testosterone levels), bad mental health (depression, social anxienty, suicidal tendencies).

You should also go see a doctor!
