XBOX 360 controller. It's just very comfortable to use and everything about it is just right (except for the D-pad.) Gamecube second.
I've never been a fan of the DualShock controllers...too small, and the position of the analog sticks always gave me cramps in the my thumbs.
I grew up with Sega and Nintendo controllers, not Sony controllers, so that could be the impetus for my feelings on this. I understand if others like the PS controllers best; just not for me.
