Do you practice any sport?
I remember from another thread that you were 15 or something like that so I dont think you should get upset, time will come when your body starts getting muscule, just do some excersice, not just weights or if you do them dont do heavy things and try not to get fat in the bad sense.
Eat chicken and meat too.
Kids at 15 that did rugby in my school gained a lot of weight, but I dont think you can play rugby if you live in USA, but any sport will make you stronger and healthy(what really matters).
