Correct, unless of course you highlight some of the less great wording that got crammed in there to try and water down the bill to make it unpassable, and blow them WAAAAAAAAY out of proportion. Then it sounds very bad.

It's great news for the 32 million people who couldn't afford coverage before that now will be able to. It's not great news for people that make $200,000 or more, because they might have to spend a bit more.
