Because they weren't 1st party developed.  The thread's about each 1st party (ie: internal and invested studios) in terms of development, not each 1st party in terms of whatever they publish.

those arn't titles Sony just publishes in-exchange for exclusive to PS3, they are Sony IP's, All previous Socom games were made by Zipper but since they were going to make MAG Sony hired a developer (Slant Six) to make Socom Confrontation for the PS3

Other M is co-developed by Nintendo SPD.  If it were only developed by Team Ninja, I wouldn't include it in a list of 1st party developed games, no.

Again, I'm not saying stuff like Crackdown, Rachet & Clank or Sin & Punishment aren't 1st party games... but they're not 1st party developed games.  And honestly, if I included them, Sony would see the least proportional gains in terms of number actually...
