It's a question of ethics really, some will see nothing wrong with it, some will. Some companies will attempt to distinguish themselves from the competition, whereas others will mimic or piggyback on the success of others, sometimes they mimic others from completely different market sectors.

It's like that McDonald's advert from last year here in the UK with a poem describing the different people who go into the restaurants, and then Cathedral City put out an ad with an identical concept. It was pretty obvious, but it's up to the individual to decide whether they thought that was a cheap way of doing things...
