ill rate the one's I have played
halo 1 - 5/5 - the pistol, lan parties with friends back in the day
halo2 - 2.5/5 - they ruined the pistol and nerfed a lot of other guns. and then the plasma pistol/battle rifle combo was so lame and easy to use. I did enjoy the big maps though like headlong and waterworks...map packs afterwards were pretty bad
halo3 - 3.5/5 - assault rifle back! pistol changed but still sucked...and too many weapons/devices that you dont need
