Nintendo used to be my favorite, but for the past few years they and Sony have been neck and neck for me. I played a few more (and quite a bit better) Nintendo games than Sony games in 06/07 (TP, SMG, SPM vs GoWII, Uncharted), then 08 was more even, but still leaned towards Nintendo (SSBB and MKWii vs LBP), then 2009 leaned heavily in favor of Sony (KZ2, Demon's Souls, R&C, Uncharted 2, Flower, LBP PSP vs NSMBW, Prof. Layton, LoZ), and this year is going to be pretty even again (GoWIII and the Last Guardian vs SMG2 and Zelda Wii.
Overall, I'd say they're tied for me. I voted for option four.
Looking at things more objectively, I'd say it who is "bigger" is quite open to interpretation. Nintendo is definitely the biggest when it comes to sales, and when they make a winner they really knock it out of the park, but Sony has been releasing more games for its home console (ps3 vs Wii, ps2 vs GC) for quite a while now, and still compete decently on the handheld front, arguably given them a larger and more variable stable of good games to choose from overall, even if their games don't have the level of appeal Nintendo's titles do.
