That doesn't make sense to assume the ps3 is 5 percent more powerfull tan the 360.
for example: car A runs at 220 miles an hour and car B runs at 222 miles an hour. Car A is faster than 85 percent of all motorcycles and Car B is faster than 90 percent of all motorcycles. Would it make sense to assume that Car B is 5 percent faster than Car A
