A couple of links have been posted on the forums saying it's a UE2.5 modded engine. Wiki states that to for SCC.

moded enough to call their own... what gets me is why isn't this 4xmsaa?  If it's this low res then it should fit each frame though the daughter chips 10megs for 4xmsaa like Alan Wake
