Gears of war 3...do you want 2 or 4 player co-op?

All depends on the campaign structure. Gears 2 couldn't have more than 2 player co-op because Cole and Baird aren't with you all the time, only Dom.

Of course they could take the Halo 3 route and add two generic COG soldiers.
