ff13 sold more because it's available to more people. the people who only own a 360 can buy the game.. that's giving the game a total of 71 million possible users, as opposed to having only 33 million possible users on the PS3.
why would square care if it hurts PS3 sales? in the end, square is a third party, and they only care about selling their game. porting versus is a waste of time? why? giving 38 million more people the chance to buy the game is a waste of time?
