Actually it is in the story, it gets confusing. The order is BO, SR, SR 2, BO 2, Defiance.

really BO 2 is from ALL the time travel in SR 1 and 2A

Also, there is MORE bad news for this series. The young man who Amy passed all her plans down to died as well. He was only 29! It seems as if fate just doesn't want this to happen.
