But you know what, It might bug me when people make there credit unskippable (... is that a word?) but it bugs me even more when people complain about it.

If I spent a year (minimum) putting my blood sweat and tears into a game (whether it be a voice actor or a developer) I'D WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW !

Meaning these people made a masterpiece, let them tell you who they are..

That being said, after beating it for the first time there should be a skip option

That's why there are credits. Also, people paid their money, that's thanks enough.
