Thats a thing that kinda makes me dislike my X360. Aside from Halo and Gears I just don't feel that theres much more that MUST be experienced. Sadly I feel Halo & Gears are not MUST be experienced (aside from Horde and playing Halo with your buddies), but thats about it (IN MY FANBOY OPINION). Sure we have Mass Effect but if I was to choose between my PC or X360 i'd most likely choose the PC.

I just didn't think Sony/PS3 would run out of fuel, I mean every year we hear the "PS3s BEST YEAR" now all I see ahead is average years.

LBP didn't surpase the hype (at least on these forums). As for not wanting sequels, every game you listed (except for LBP) is a sequel, so I don't see why you can't hype these other games.

Yeah but they are sequels from previous generations (aside from Uncharted & LBP), which was a good reason to the hype. FINALLY ITS HERE, I BOUGHT A PS3 JUST FOR *Insert game name here*.

LBP surpassed my hype which was EXTREMLY LOW and everyone that I game with is like totally inlove with the game and it won some/a lot of GOTY awards.

MGS4 sequel to MGS3 on the PS2

KZ2 sequel to KZ on the PS2

GoW3 sequel to GoW2 on the PS2

GT5 lol.. can you really call it a sequel? anyway "sequel" to GT4 on the PS2

Uncharted 2 was just a really amazing game, I didnt expect it to be THAT good which is why it was on the list. I did enjoy Uncharted 1, but Uncharted 2 was just a whole new level of incredible.

LBP a new announced IP that I didnt know squat about and when it was released there was just so much talk about sackboys in my world lol.

 

I want more of these^ and sure a Killzone 3 / Uncharted 3 would be sick but it better not be some motion only crap and it better come out before the PS4. Im kinda sure that it will but the thing here is:

I pretty much knew all/most of the games listed above, YEARS before they came. Do we have games that have been developt as long as KZ2 anymore? I dont know what the line up in the future is, sure I have my thoughts but I want offical announcements and for some reason I dont think we're getting too much at E3.
