Meaning that if you have patience to work with a new system of battle with some challenge, you'll get your money's worth since you'll spend plenty of time getting better at it.

What about people who don't have any time to play every single game? FFXIII, Infinite Space, Red Steel 2 and God of War 3 have all come out within days of each other and I don't have time for a game that takes a long time to learn. Nearly all those games abide by the old axiom "Easy to play hard to master" Not "Hard to play hard to master".

When I spend my hard earned money on videogames, I expect to be entertained. "Get better at it"? Is this a multiplayer game? Can I apply the skills I learned through hours of training on Resonance of Fate anywhere else in the world? I doubt it.

You may like this challenge sure, but rest assured not everyone in the world does.
