It's supposed to take out a building in 2 hits... ANY building. Doesn't seem any more usefull then a flamethrower, since flamethrower can strafe level 1 sentries easier and you ain't hitting a level 2 or 3 sentry with it unless the engineer is stupid... or your ubered.
