This has so many interesting possibilities.
1. Games on demand via kiosks. You can probably fit on average 2-3 games inside that space available. So for rental or storage it doesn't matter.
2. They may be removing the option of upgrading the HDDs of the slim Arcades.
3. They will decouple the price of the Arcade from the Elite so that the price can be > or < than $100 difference between the two.
4. This is an effective price cut in a way as it makes the Arcade SKU a viable alternative for someone who wants to do light downloading, which effectively means a $100 price cut for those who just want to download games on demand etc. They'd have data on the % of people who use X % of space.
