This has so many interesting possibilities.

3. They will decouple the price of the Arcade from the Elite so that the price can be > or < than $100 difference between the two.

4. This is an effective price cut in a way as it makes the Arcade SKU a viable alternative for someone who wants to do light downloading, which effectively means a $100 price cut for those who just want to download games on demand etc. They'd have data on the % of people who use X % of space.
