You might want to check the article again, they removed the inaccurate claims about the clarkdale.

Also, no PC motherboards have inputs on both the front and rear.
And @Slowmo, this is my last supporting evidence. From the scale picture shown earlier:
I definitely agree that I've never seen motherboards where 2 USB ports are laid horizontally beside each other like that, but that could be due to the new design of the 360 and it made more sense orienting it that way. Who knows.
