Do I actually need to play every game out there, or this, to comment on it? When you place an absolute judgment on something, yes. You haven't played it, how do you know how it is/plays/tries to be?
And aren't you one of the same people that bitches and moans at people who jugde Halo without playing it? Don't preach it without practicing it.

Nope, I haven't defended Halo like that. What I had argued that Halo isn't guilty over overhype. It has been way marketed and promoted., plus as one of the first top console FPS (it set the I bring up also how a game like Halo brings out partisan fanboys. Those who think it is the BEST EVA happen to usually be XBox fanboys, while those who think it is the most overhyped ever, and go as far as calling it "garbage" are usually Sony fanboys.

I think you pay too much attention to the trivial things from certain userbases (evident from some of the threads you create). Why does it matter what people hype up? Let them hype it to be whatever they want, it's not like you have to buy it/pay attention to it/care about it.

And he wonders why I think he's over defensive about Heavy Rain. I don't see how someone can have a problem making fun of one funny part of a game. I mean how many people laugh at stuff like the angry videogame nerd where most people haven't even played the games he rips.
