I keep mine upright. I just do not see a point to lay It down that is the dumbest thing ever. It ruins all your games!!! (randonm bs link)

Actually, my Mass Effect 1 was ruined by having my 360 upright. I didn't move it, and I put the disc in, but something weird happened. It made some scary sounds, and it was totally scratched up all over the place. Luckily, I bought it at Wal-mart =) free replacement.
