I remember this going on since the 80s. Not only did we have console wars, we also had PC wars (C64 vs ZX Spectrum, Amiga vs Atari ST, no the PC was not part of the war, you had to be a gazzillionaire to own one and it still looked like crap) and it was always good fun.
I mean it's the techie (or nerdy) version of sports. They have their teams we have our consoles. And Yes it's not because we like the console makers. It's because we ARE RIGHT and they ARE WRONG!!!!
