That's because there is no issue.
Did you miss my post where Roger Ebert stopped watching a movie and reviewed it after 8 minutes?
If is a game is so shitty it makes a reviewer quit halfway... it deserves it's score... because it was so shitty it caused someone to quit half way.
The second half of a game could be Half Life 2... if the first half is Big Motha truckers... it doesn't matter.
If a critic, someone who LOVES videogames, feels he has to quit halfway through... the game is the one at fault and who has broken the contract of makign an engaging game.
