Good M+ implementation throughout the game (to quote BoleroOfFire) especially in combat and puzzles.
Magic in some way, shape, or form. maybe in combat like offensive magic, as well as item manipulation for puzzles.
Epic story with more developed characters.
Maybe voice acting...maybe...

much Much MUCH larger Hyrule with more places to visit, secrets to find, and caves to plunder.
...that about sums it up for me...i would like to see all this.
