I mean whats more important.....keeping a fanbase....or money.

Some JRPG devs clearly lost a lot of their fan base by doing things for $$$

yeah I am thinking about ordering it online actually....online retailers ALWAYS seem to have copies that can be sent to you if you pre-order.

I think many Japanese companies just have this mentality now that says "West = 360 software king....so ship most copies on 360".

True, but people keep repeating that the Xbox 360 is software monster and that multiplatform always sell better on the Xbox 360, which is many cases is so, but if you look at the big Japanese games they all have sold better on the PS3, despite exclusives bundels, ads and more for the Xbox 360.
