I would almost believe it's real. One thing that does bother me is how come there are so many more pin connectors on the new MB than the old one? Looks like 9 versus 2. Maybe it's just there for testing since it's a prototype. If it's at this stage, and it's real, looks like MS is trying for a Xmas release. Xmas Xbox?
