To me, I think the guy is a moron. If the job doesn't want you to wear a hoodie, then that is what they want. This guy could never get a job as an executive, dressing like that.

but it's not his job, it's a jobcenter, and he didn't work there he was inquiring about something...

To be honest, as soon as I read that he was going into a job centre I just though that he was probably claiming on his dole money and thought of another way to get money off the government. A presumption that is probably wrong.

 

This guy is an idiot and no one should apologise for anything.
