hardware: something less ugly than cheap looking slim, another controller design, wireless N added
Sofwares: faster webrowser, the damn monthly subscription without the XBL ripoff that doesn't have much besides cross game chat, seriously faster downloads, stop updating for little shit that doesn't change anything.
