NTFS or ext file system. USB ports in the back of the PS3. Esata support. Chapter support in H.264 movies. IR support in the bluray remote or IR support in the PS3.
My other wish a little unrelated to OP is Sony Move support on PC since they demoed it with Starcraft i heard. I think that'd be interesting.
