Eh... that's really a bit of an overstatement given the software markets for PSP are almost dead outside Japan.  Pretty much every high(ish) profile game it's getting/gotten recently bar MoHun/clones would sell better worldwide on DS, Wii, PS3 and/or 360 imo (Kingdom Hearts BBS, MGS Peace Walker, Valkyria Chronicles 2, Ace Combat JS, The 3rd Birthday, Soulcalibur BD, etc, etc).  

Obviously! In a bigger userbase, chances of a 'GOOD" game selling more is a given :P
