It's an ok game with a decent-length (in the second one) campaign. The co-op is great, and then... I can't stand the multiplayer for Gears (2). Everyone seems to use the shotgun, and everyone seems to play execution. It almost always seems to become a game of who can jump around and shoot the other guy first -_-

I'm not just trying to trash the game. I really did enjoy it (much more than Halo or Resistance, which is what everyone seems to compare it to) but it just doesn't seem to be that great. Also, I have played both of them, and I STILL have almost no idea of what's going on in the game...

 

 

i don't get HOW you didn't get f-ing freaks about them !!! ESPECIALLY the mp. There is no other online game in this world that got me so tense over precision, teamwork,

 

I guess it's only once you get to see patterns in other player's behavior (with grenades and super-weapons in particular) that you can influence the course of a game and (tacitly or not) organize teamwork AND REALLY ENJOY ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL ONLINE GAMEPLAYS AROUND (if it weren't for the host having agin a slight advantage this game might conquer the huge Halo fanbase imo).
