You know, I bet a high-def Parasite Eve would do really well in this market. That game ditched many of the typical JRPG themes (which many Western fans have started to turn their backs on) and had a really fresh feel to it.
Plus, it's old enough where I bet several supposed JRPG fans haven't even played it. On the other hand, it's the exact type of game that would renew my faith in Square and JRPGs as a whole.
