More seriously, I'd say it's pretty obvious Microsoft's locked up Gears for this gen. The trilogy's only going to be on 360. Shadow Complex too imo.
Next gen Epic may take both multiplatform, and maybe even port over the old 360 games. Shadow Complex on DS2/PSP2 could be kinda awesome. And although it was a joke, something like a "Gears of War Trilogy" would make for HUGE selling Wii2/PS4 launch game, and nice series intro for the competition.
