Well, did anyone really expect this to be a right off the bat amazing bill that fixes everything?

It's not a great bill full of amazing ideas, and let's face it, whatever was given out would have had some group of people against it. Changing the status quo always does that.

Instead of whining, bitching, and complaining about this bill we should do something else. We should find ways to refine this, and not just by going to the status quo, but by going forward and by using this bill as a precarious first rung of a ladder that will hopefully and in a good position. This is a first step in health reform, I don't care what anyone says, but health care really needed to be changed in some way and this is exactly what it does. It's far harder to begin that it is to keep on rolling and perfecting, as such this is why no matter what is written in the bill, as long as it's not reaffirming the status quo, it is a good thing.

Instead of whining, let's try to roll with the punches and find a way to reform health care to an acceptable point. Also keep in mind sometimes bills have some of the most unexpected results.

That's about all I have to say about the bill, I won't debate whether it's right or wrong, but just input my 2 cents. In the end Obama may be very unliked by the time his 4 years roll up, however in the grand scheme of things he may be viewed as the one who actually started something great, and still be praised. You never know.
