Oh god, I hope not, as much as I like XIII, I also liked X and X-2 was a huge disappointment for me, and it should have been the opposite, with 3 female backsides to look at :)
And the last paragraph scares me:

So, if XIII does well, we will most likely see a XV and an XIII-2, on the other hand...
